A second-generation pro, Lance literally grew up in this industry — the son and nephew of two dedicated heating and cooling professionals. From working the warehouse in high school to mastering system design and ownership, he's spent 25+ years perfecting the craft of quality workmanship.
With 28+ years of industry expertise, Jason has been a cornerstone of the business since 1998. He leads with deep product knowledge and a family of his own — his wife and two children have all played vital roles in the company's daily operations.

Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and is a member of Bryant Women in HVAC. Lindsey has led marketing and HR in the HVAC industry since 2016.
